The Challenge We All Face

A tense meeting labeled with disengagement, annoyance and overwhelm markers

The Problem

  • Information overload is outstripping our capacity to think and collaborate well.
  • Leaders are overwhelmed by noise, complexity, and moral ambiguity.
  • Traditional frameworks no longer match the scale and speed of change.

The Solution

  • A clear language to navigate complexity with calm and precision.
  • Practices to root leadership in awareness, not reaction.
  • A framework to build organizations that multiply intelligence instead of noise.

Andrew Davis

Andrew Davis is a software philosopher, product leader, author, and speaker focused on the co-evolution of humans and technology.

"My mission is to draw out courage, playfulness, and a deep sense of purpose in the workplace. Everyone has the potential to have a profound and transformative impact on those around them. Technical workers in particular bring an extraordinary depth and clarity of thought that often feels out of place in competitive workplace environments. My goal is to help people cultivate the good heart and fearless wisdom necessary to have a beneficial impact at scale."

Trained as an engineer, Andrew spent 15 years as a Buddhist monk before returning to work in the software industry. Over the last 12 years, he moved through a variety of roles including software developer, technical manager, head of product marketing, and Chief Product Officer. He's the co-author of Flow Engineering, the leading book on optimizing team work flow and psychological flow through value stream mapping. He's also the author of Mastering Salesforce DevOps, the leading book on the Salesforce development lifecycle.

The course provided a 'felt sense' of team dynamics that was much more solid than just the 'idea' of collaboration I was carrying around before. It taught me the basic goodness of setting a tone of lightness, helping me to lead others with a sense of flow and play that keeps a team from suffocating under the emotional weight of too much seriousness.

I came to Leading with Wisdom at a pivotal moment — rebuilding my relationship to trust, to institutions, and to what leadership actually means when stripped of hierarchy. What I didn't anticipate was how durably the experience would reshape my daily life. Andrew's orchestration of each session — weaving somatic practice, creative inquiry, and reflective reframing into the professional context — gave me tools I've genuinely integrated, not just remembered. The cohort became a living community of people navigating VUCA environments together, finding meaning at the intersection of work and life rather than in spite of it. I was moved enough to gift the course to my daughter, so that we could navigate it alongside each other — and that shared experience became its own kind of transformation. Andrew Davis holds something rare: the ability to create conditions where real change becomes possible without forcing it. For anyone ready to lead from something deeper than strategy, I recommend this experience without reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the coaching program.

Will this work for my specific situation?

The curriculum is adaptable. Whether you're managing a team, transitioning into leadership, or navigating uncertainty, our coaches help you personalize the tools to your reality. You'll also learn from peers facing different but relatable challenges.

How much time will I need to commit each week?

You’ll need about 2-4 hours per week during the program. This includes live group sessions, guided reflections, and actionable leadership challenges you’ll apply directly in your day-to-day work. The program is designed to integrate seamlessly into your existing routine without adding overwhelm.

How is this different from other coaching programs?

We take an inside-out approach to leadership development. Our ability to lead is rooted in our ethics, which in turn is rooted in our intention, which in turn is rooted in our view. We focus on helping leaders build a worldview aligned with reality: steeped in interdependence and our power to shape our own experience.

How soon will I see results?

Some participants see mindset shifts and improved clarity in just the first two weeks. Tangible external results like better team alignment, confidence in decisions, or reduced stress often emerge between weeks 4–8. Long-term impact continues well beyond the 12 weeks.

What's the source for the training and coaching techniques?

The teaching program draws on compassionate systems techniques developed at MIT, from Lean methodologies on continuous improvement, and from the essential realizations of Buddha 2,600 years ago. The core point is that we are complex beings navigating a complex world. We need to learn how to live in the face of constant change, knowing that changing the mind has the power to change our reality. The organizations and civilizations we create will emerge from our intentions. In a time of radical change, wisdom and compassion are needed more desperately than ever.

What happens after the 7-week program ends?

You won’t be left on your own. We offer optional alumni circles, continued access to tools and session recordings, and opportunities for advanced group coaching. Many graduates stay active in the community to keep momentum and deepen their growth.
